Assessing Your Behavioral Style (Section 2)

Take a step to better understand your personal needs in a career. This workshop will help identify your behavioral profile to better understand and capitalize on your behavioral strengths and choose a work environment compatible with your work style. You will gain an increased appreciation of different behavioral profiles and be abel to anticipate and minimize potential conflicts with others. Refund deadline May 22, 2009.

Judy Hay, B.A., is an instructor and trainer in career transition, career management and outplacement. Her company, Career Connections, specializes in team building, communications and proactive career management. For over 15 years, Ms. Hay has taught the award-winning Job Seekers' Workshop, and also teaches in Career Management Essentials. She provides career counseling and training for an outplacement firm and for two non-profit agencies in Orange County.
